Today I enjoyed so many of my favorite plantstrong comfort foods! My old standby oatmeal for breakfast, my all time favorite food, chili for lunch, and tomato and red pepper soup for supper with leftover pasta with pesto and kale. I don’t think I will ever tire of cooking, eating, and talking about eating such delicious food! You may get tired of hearing about it before I get tired of sharing about it!
Breakfast- oats with blueberries, raisins, banana, grape nuts, and almond milk
Lunch- leftover chili, jalapeno salsa corn muffin, and leftover salad
Supper- Besto pesto with whole wheat angel hair pasta from the Prevent and Reverse Heart disease cookbook, Tomato and Red pepper soup from the Forks over knives cookbook and steamed kale with fresh lime juice.
