Day 19, Engine 2 Fall 2014 28 day challenge, Time for bed!

Worked all day and into the evening, so time to head off to bed. Looking forward to a visit from my son this weekend since he’s coming to NEPA for a wedding!

Breakfast- oats with blueberries, banana, raisins, shredded wheat and grape nuts with almond milk.

Snack- banana

Lunch- Leftover rice and beans

Supper- Spinach salad, leftover whole wheat penne with tomato sauce and 2 pcs of veggie sushi
